The Sense of an Ending // Julian BarnesThis was a refreshing break from the dense, non-fiction books I'd been reading for the last few months. As Barnes' protagonist engages with the untidy collisions of the human struggle, he is forced to confront his past, telling a twisted story that goes surprisingly dark.

Born A Crime // Trevor NoahBorn A Crime depicts the memoir of one of my favorite comedians. With his debut book, Noah produces a strikingly evocative, yet persistently funny account of his life, one that never fails to capture his clear-eyed conviction, echoing pathos, and sharp sense of humor.

Sapiens // Yuval Noah HarariIn podcasts and interviews, I noticed this book being called out as a persistent favorite by influencers, VCs, and entrepreneurs alike. In Sapiens, Harari takes on the daunting challenge of telling the entire history of humankind in a mere 400 pages.

Where I'm Going, What I'm Eating ...I started using Instagram when it first launched in 2011 and initially used it as a Dropbox for pretty photos. Not thinking my two followers at the time would care, I'd edit and dump 10-20 food photos into their feeds every day, all without captions. While photo sharing looks very different today, I've kept my habit of caption-less posting, albeit with better editing tools and probably more food.
